I train my clients, not only on how to move their bodies correctly, but also how to incorporate health and fitness into their daily lifestyles.I am certified in the following: NASM CPT, NASM nutrition coach NASM performance enhancement specialist, GGS pre/post natal.”
Kayla teaches Pure Strength Tuesday at 10:45am and 5pm and Thursdays at 9:30am and 5pm. Kayla is available for one one one and group training Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
